A simple operation of the thickness adjustment button allows perfect sharpening. This operation can be carried out easily and quickly by all users. Very flexible sliding carriage thanks to its well-adjusted and highly dimensioned guide system.
The robustness and quality of the components combined with the care taken in assembly and adjustment allow this machine to achieve perfect slicing, even very fine, and to satisfy users for many years.
Dishwasher safe product holder.
