• The Mini Comtoise is designed to cut quarters of a wheel of Comté, Beaufort, Parmesan, Cantal, etc. Its cutting height of 250 mm allows you to cut Emmental. It can be used on a table as a preparation machine or on the edge of the display case instead of the cutting board to cut on demand.
Working comfort will prevent musculoskeletal disorders in the elbows and shoulders often associated with cutting large pieces with manual knives.
