Single-piece housing. No visible screws. No sheet metal connections.
All corners are rounded. Entirely 1810 stainless steel.
Fully refrigerated: body, reserve and display case. Fine brushed stainless steel finish.
Very small footprint. Large meat reserve.
Lighting in the display case. Sliding minced meat tray at the bottom of the display case. Machine with a safety contact installed in the display case to prevent the machine from operating with the display case open. Inclined reserve so as not to deposit the meat in condensate.
Reconstitutor inclined to facilitate the extraction of the portion. Safety glass cover. Complies with CE standards.
Reconstructor: 5 automatic calibers: 90 110 130 150 170 grams.
Automatic stop at the requested weight. Automatic start and stop of the mincer. Loose meat without opening the display case, by simply opening the plexiglass door mounted on slides.
Pulsed + static cold: The refrigeration of the body and the reserve is ensured by static cold, the refrigeration of the display case by pulsed cold. The combination of static cold and pulsed cold allows us to obtain a complete and perfect refrigeration. Electronic regulation by thermostat with digital display.
Mono 220 V (UH) hermetic compressor. R 134 a gas.
