2 8-litre trays in AISI 304 stainless steel, 1.5 mm thick, completely rounded and moulded in one piece, with a cold zone where the cooking residues end up, which are then easily removed through the drain. The top is printed and equipped with a large rounded tank that allows a large area of ​​expansion of the oil, in order to avoid any overflow during cooking and handling of the baskets. The oil drain tap is in chrome-plated brass and the discharge occurs in a steel bowl with stainless steel filter. Heating is carried out by high-performance stainless steel armoured resistors, fixed by means of a special rotating device that facilitates cleaning of the tank. The temperature of the cooking oil is controlled by a high-precision electric thermostat that controls an electric switch that supplies energy to the heating groups. The maximum working temperature is set at 190°C, a safety thermostat cuts off the power supply circuit in the event of anomalies that would cause the oil temperature to exceed 230°C. The sensors of the working and safety thermostats are fixed in the resistors and carefully protected. The front panel is equipped with 2 lamps: the 1st orange (machine on/off) and the 2nd green (electric resistors in service) which indicate respectively the presence of voltage and the start-up of the heating units.
