2 8-litre tanks in AISI 304 stainless steel, 1.5 mm thick, fully rounded and cast in one piece. The top is printed and provided with a wide rounded interior with a large area of ​​oil expansion, to avoid any overflow during cooking and handling of the baskets. The drain tap is in chrome-plated brass and the discharge also occurs in a steel bowl with stainless steel filter. Heating is carried out by high-performance stainless steel armoured resistors, immersed and fixed by means of a special rotating device that facilitates cleaning of the tank. The temperature of the cooking oil is controlled by a high-precision electric thermostat that controls an electric switch that supplies energy to the heating groups. The maximum working temperature is set at 190 ° C and a safety thermostat cuts off the power supply circuit in the event of anomalies that would cause the oil temperature to exceed 230 ° C. The sensors of the working and safety thermostats are both fixed in the tank and carefully protected against accidental impacts. The front panel is equipped with 2 lamps: the 1st orange indicates the machine on/off and 2nd green (electrical resistors) indicates the presence of voltage and the start-up of the heating units.
