This professional pizza oven is gas powered. It is available in 2 sizes with a respective capacity of 6 or 9 pizzas Ø 30 cm (2 or 4 pizzas Ø 50 cm). The size of the chamber allows the use, depending on the model, of 2 or 4 600x400 mm plates for the production of large pizzas to be cut into portions.
The cooking chamber is made of aluminized sheet metal for optimal heat conduction. The sandblasted refractory stone base stores heat and releases it evenly and sustainably: the pizzas are cooked quickly with the same quality from one batch to the next. The robust structure offers a long service life. The illuminated enclosure guarantees good visibility of the pizzas.
