This latest generation IDeck electronic oven will allow you to cook crispy pizzas at a uniform temperature and, above all, in record time.
The capacity of the cooking chamber depends considerably on the size of the oven. The base is made of sandblasted refractory stone for better heat distribution and optimal cooking of the pizzas.
Independent regulation of the top and bottom allows for better control of the degree of cooking. The most innovative feature is the continuous temperature control using 2 probes for a guaranteed difference of + or - 2°C per high-precision setting.
