Composable up to three chambers, it is perfect for intensive production, while its high power (and a temperature of up to 450°C) ensures exceptional cooking results. The digital control panel allows, thanks to the special scroll button, to adjust SuperTop in an extremely simple and intuitive way.
It is also possible to diversify the power of the resistors in the three areas of the vault and in the three areas of the floor (mouth, center and bottom), which guarantees uniform cooking of the pizza and limits operator interventions to a minimum.
SuperTop is also a versatile and stylish oven: the stainless steel front can be customized with different colors and textures, so as to adapt perfectly to the style of your premises!
