• The 6210-C is a single-flavor, narrow countertop machine that operates on 115 volts.
• Outperforms all competing 115V machines in initial freeze time, recovery time and servings per hour. Its sleek, narrow design allows it to be used in any application. Capable of producing a variety of soft serve products including ice cream, frozen yogurt, custard and sorbets.
• Easy-to-use digital user interface and control system maintains excellent product consistency, hopper temperature and high performance parameters.
• Hopper refrigeration and sleep function maintain product freshness and are approved for dairy or non-dairy products.
• Spaceman freezers feature patented technology that prepares and freezes products faster and more efficiently than any competitor. Spaceman’s revolutionary V2 system (beater and PAR) reduces wear parts by over 25% while improving product quality and overrun control.
• The V2 beater and blade system scrapes the walls of the cylinder to reduce ice buildup and create a smoother, creamier product. At the same time, the V2 beater’s propeller creates a vacuum, drawing product and air into the freezing cylinder with a precise ratio of product to air. The V2 beater and air tube system has been tested to maintain overrun for a longer period of time than other gravity-fed systems.
