Structure made entirely of AISI 304 scotch brite stainless steel. Suitable for cooking dry pasta, stuffed pasta and rice in water. Rounded work surface in AISI 304 stainless steel, 2.0 mm thick, with overflow protection and basket support for draining the pasta. Tanks cast in anti-corrosion AISI 316 stainless steel, with rounded corners, capacity 28 litres, equipped with a false bottom for baskets. Independent and automatic raising of the baskets at the end of the cooking cycle thanks to a linear electromechanical actuator: 6 raising devices in each tank. Touchscreen timer for programming the cooking time and for controlling the actuator. Automatic and manual raising/lowering of the baskets. Frontal starch discharge with hole and perforated front shelf for placing the baskets in stainless steel. Tank water inlet and filling taps with control on the control panel and inlet tap on the starch discharge area. Stainless steel discharge pipe controlled by ball valve with easy-to-use control lever. Heating by high-performance armoured resistors, located inside the tank and controlled by a temperature control thermostat 50°-100°C and operation indicator light and indicator light for heating element operation. AISI 304 stainless steel perforated baskets with athermic handle. Knobs in athermic material. AISI 304 stainless steel feet, adjustable in height.
