The Confort professional gas crepe maker is designed for occasional to intensive use. The gas power supply offers great mobility and makes it the ideal professional crepe maker for both restaurateurs and caterers.
Thanks to the thermostatic regulation and the innovative Automatic Control System, this crepe maker automatically regulates the flame height to match the chosen temperature. This allows for precision and comfort of use. The control lever, custom-developed to be more robust and more resistant to tearing, allows for precise temperature adjustment.
Easy to use, this professional crepe maker is equipped with a spark ignition system directly integrated into the control lever for easy start-up.
Its cast iron plate is equipped with spikes, allowing it to capture heat to ensure excellent transmission and distribution over the entire surface. Manufactured in our workshop, the large diameter 8-point star burner with double row of flames guarantees uniform heat diffusion for incomparable cooking quality. Very resistant, the machined raw cast iron plate is shock-resistant.
The square frame helps to limit dough leaks and dirt on the work surface.
