It is equipped with two machined cast iron plates that allow you to turn the pancakes and garnish them on a single device. Its plates are equipped with spikes, allowing them to capture the heat to ensure excellent transmission and distribution. The graduated control levers, custom-developed to be more robust and more resistant to tearing, allow precise temperature adjustment. Very resistant, the machined raw cast iron is not afraid of shocks.
