The Standard professional electric crepe maker is designed for occasional use. It is the ideal appliance for catering not specialized in crepes and small snacking activities. The exclusive design of the plate, in which the pearl resistance is inserted, offers great precision and uniform heating.
The control lever, custom-developed to be more robust and more resistant to tearing, is graduated from 50 to 300°C allowing precise temperature adjustment. Very resistant, the machined raw cast iron plate is shock-resistant. The recess on the stainless steel front protects the frame from dough drips to make cleaning easier.
