The exclusive design of the plate, in which the pearl resistors are inserted, offers great precision and uniform heating. The control knob, custom-developed to be more robust and more resistant to tearing, is graduated from 50 to 300°C allowing precise temperature adjustment.

Its stainless steel edge protects the frame from dough drips to make cleaning easier.
