The Standard double plate professional electric crepe maker is designed for occasional use. It is the ideal appliance for catering not specialized in crepes and small snacking activities. It is equipped with two machined cast iron plates that allow you to turn the crepes and garnish them on a single device. The control knobs, custom-developed to be more robust and more resistant to tearing, are graduated from 50 to 300 ° C allowing precise temperature adjustment.
Very resistant, the machined raw cast iron plate is not affected by shocks.
The frame between the two plates helps to limit dough leaks and dirt on the work surface, in order to facilitate the cleaning operation. The integral strip on the front allows for quick cleaning.
