Structure made entirely of AISI 304 scotch brite stainless steel. Rounded cooking surface in AISI 304 stainless steel. GN 1/1 + 1/3 tank, with a capacity of 38 litres, with rounded corners, supplied with the overflow tube. The tank can be lit only if it is full of water (no ignition without water). Automatic filling of the tank and possibility of manual filling through a control in the cabinet in case of malfunction of the automatic filling. AISI 304 stainless steel lid with holes for bamboo baskets and gasket for steam. High-performance radiant resistances in the tank. Safety system for checking the water level in case of insufficient level. Handles in athermic material. Adjustable feet in AISI 304 stainless steel.
