Tepp-Twin is the new equipment consisting of two independent plates placed side by side, allowing cooking up to +240°C (left) and rapid cooling down to -38°C (right). Tepp-Twin is an electrical equipment equipped with an independent and integrated extraction system, with filtration using n. 1 wicker filter and n. 1 activated carbon filter, with free emptying into the environment. The main advantage of Tepp-Twin is the ability to cook and cool food quickly, thanks to the presence of a single worktop. The two plates, side by side, allow the chef to have simultaneously and rapidly two temperature changes hot-cold and cold-hot: this is possible both during a show cooking situation or daily in a kitchen.
