Single-burner grate, in black enamelled cast iron, polished, porcelain type, acid-resistant, designed to support the trays. Removable two-burner drip trays, AISI 304 stainless steel, 95 mm deep, stamped, rounded, with high anti-overflow capacity to promote hermeticity; exclusive registered design. Hermeticity due to the union of the top, trays and fire grids. Open fire taps, with safety valve, pilot flame and thermocouple. Manual ignition of the burners. GN 2/1 static electric oven with Nr. 2 heating elements (upper and lower part) regulated by Nr. 2 independent thermostats for temperature 70-300 °C. Baking chamber in sheet metal, enamelled, porcelain type for easy cleaning. Door and counter door in AISI 304 stainless steel. Gasket on oven opening. Knobs and handles in athermic material. Feet in AISI 304 stainless steel, adjustable in height.
