Synthesis is the revolutionary modular tunnel oven. After programming the temperature and the conveyor speed, after preparing and baking your recipe, you can think about anything else!
There is no need to control the product that is cooking, it will be the oven itself that will keep it away from the heat so that it does not burn.
Available in electric or gas version, Synthesis can cook from pizza to grilled vegetables, from gastronomy to pastry.
All Synthesis modular tunnel ovens are stackable to multiply productivity during peak hours. In addition, stacking two modules allows for different cooking times by optimizing space in the room.
The maximum temperature is 320°C. The hot air envelops the product during its stay in the chamber, allowing for perfect cooking from the first to the last pizza.
