The exclusive design of the plate, in which the pearl resistance is inserted, offers great precision and uniform heating. The control knob, custom-developed to be more robust and more resistant to tearing, is graduated from 50 to 300 ° C allowing precise temperature adjustment.
Highly resistant, the machined raw cast iron plate is shock-resistant. The square frame helps limit dough leaks and dirt on the work surface.
