Front starch drain with hole and front shelf for placing perforated stainless steel baskets. Tank water filling and refill taps with control on the control panel and inlet tap on the starch drain area. Stainless steel drain pipe controlled by ball valve with easy-to-use control lever. Direct heating using high-performance burners by a single-control multifunction valve with pilot, thermocouple, and piezoelectric ignition. AISI 304 stainless steel perforated baskets with athermic handle in several basket combinations. Knobs and handles in athermic material. Feet in AISI 304 stainless steel, adjustable in height.
