TOUCH AND GO patented, by unique consequence, designed by Ottimade Solutions, is a roller equipped with sensors that starts automatically. Bring a small ball of dough in the upper part of the slope and thanks to sensors the rollers will start automatically. You can set the working time with the “TIME SET” button from 10 to 35 seconds. The machine will stop at the end of the previously programmed seconds. Thanks to this method you can save electrical energy, working time for the operator, reduce wear of mechanical components. On all the moulders the thickness between the rollers is adjustable from 0 to 5mm.
